With over 18 years in the refrigeration industry, I’ve built long-standing relationships with manufacturers across the globe who have supplied almost every retailer in the UK, big and small.

I founded MDL Solutions to give global manufacturers a trusted, hands-on partner on the ground in the UK - someone who understands both the market and the people within it. My background in Account Management, Operations, and Project Management allows me to support you from first conversation to final installation.

Working closely with customers, contractors, suppliers, and my established network of trusted subcontractors, I act as a central point of coordination, managing timelines, resources, and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

From initial planning and site coordination through to delivery, installation, and handover, I take a proactive, hands-on approach to minimise risk and resolve issues quickly.

By working with reliable, proven subcontractors, I help maintain high standards on site while ensuring customers feel supported, informed, and confident at every stage.

Surveys & Site Support

Some of my customers operate remotely from outside the UK and simply require reliable, on-the-ground support for project visits.

Whether this involves pre-sales site surveys, installation reviews, or final project sign-offs, I can provide flexible, day-to-day support as needed.

Throughout my years in the industry, I’ve been fortunate to work closely with fantastic, reliable logistics partners.
